The Application Process

2. We Contact Your Attorney
We reach out to your attorney to obtain case documents — a police report, medical records, and insurance information. Your attorney's cooperation is required.
3. Sign and Receive Funds
Once approved, we prepare a contract for you and your attorney to sign. Funds are then disbursed immediately via wire transfer, Western Union, or overnight check.
